Creamy Onion Soup
5 or 6 medium Onions
3 Tablespoons Butter
3 Tablespoon Flour
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
1/4 Teaspoon of Pepper
3 3/4 Cups of Milk
2 1/2 Tablespoons of Grated Cheddar Cheese
Cut onion into slices cover with Boiling water, and cook until it is tender and put through a sieve or blender. Melt butter in sauce pan and add milk and the mix in the onion mixture, stiring slowly, heat for about 3 to 4 minutes until a nice creamy onion soup. Place grated chedder Cheese as garnish to soup. Serve with croutons or french bread.
