POTATO SOUP

6 large peeled potatoes

2 med. carrots

1 celery stalk

2 onions

dash of parsley

2 Tab. flour (in small amount of water, to make white sauce and

add to potatoes)

salt and pepper to taste

In large stock pot place potatoes, carrots,celery and onion cover

and boil in plenty of water till tender. Add flour mixture til

thicken.
